Can you judge a person by their home? The scene I have written shows a young girl who has taken residence in a property (after being homeless) the property has had rocky past and this past lingers and invades her life, how far will she go to protect her home/stability Vs. herself? KATIE Katie has been living in the hostel system after becoming homeless at a young age. With a strong will to survive she manages to finish school and start working in a theatre at night, front of house, as her dream is to be on stage. Due to her altitude and hard work, Katie is appointed a council flat. Elated she has at last a place to call her own, though the past of the flat seems to linger and cause extreme issues for Katie. MAN An overweight, unhappy, socially withdrawn man. Unable to create any real bonds he would visit the pervious tenant of Katie flat and pay for sex.
